Returns and Refunds<\/h1>

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by following the procedure below.<\/p>

You have 14 days from the date of delivery<\/strong> to request a return, excluding customized or made-to-order products (see dedicated section).<\/p>

      How to Request a Return<\/h2>

          Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.<\/p>

          Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h2>
